About Dr. Gigliotti
Benjamin J. Gigliotti, MD, is Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Director of URMC’s Wolk Thyroid Clinic. He earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011, completed internal medicine residency and chief residency at URMC in 2014, and completed his endocrinology fellowship at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital Thyroid Unit in 2018 before returning to the Rochester faculty. He evaluates thyroid nodules including performance of fine needle aspiration biopsy, serves as Program Director of the URMC Endocrinology Fellowship, and sits on the editorial boards of Thyroid and Endocrine Practice.
